Oh boy fascinating news in some French newspaper… they are thinking of implementing a new regulation where employer can no longer sent an email to their employees after working hours. Question: what will happen when one of their colleagues, in another time zone, sends them an email during their own working hours though outside of the French working hours? An apocalypse of time zone conflicts? And I thought the word that autonomy is important had been traveling in the world, guess not in French yet. The funniest thing remains the following… knowing how French culture thrilled on breaking rules, how big the increase of emails sent outside of working hours will be… are we going to create the problem they wish to avoid?
