Purpose

Standard

“What’s your purpose?” he asked. I stretch my neurons to the end of my day, I can’t find any… It seems I have no purpose, but… I have an intention. Some may say this is my purpose. I disagree. I see a huge difference between purpose and intention. Purpose has a passive aspect; it feels like something given, inherited or chosen for you. While intention has an active aspect; I chose it, I own it. Behind “the intent” there is like a direction and I can shoot for it.
