The room is silent, slightly dark… “We are at the heart of everything” I hear… I don’t know about everything, but surely at the heart of this building and my heart and brain are already bleeding for windows and natural light. “We are pioneers in our field” I hear… hum… pioneer is being “a person who is among the first to explore an area, or a subject”, and some of these ideas have been here for ages, it seems closer to talk about “re-branding”. “We have to elevate our thinking” I hear then… wow… that’s it, the light in my head, I get it, the goal of skyscrapers. Is 37th floor enough?
